Fixed written quote — before anything starts

You receive a clear, itemised quote in writing. The price is fixed and won't change mid-project. You decide whether to proceed — no pressure either way. Nothing starts until you've agreed to the quote.

I build your solution

I get to work — designing, building, and testing everything end-to-end. Whether it's a website, an automation workflow, or custom software, you don't need to manage me or chase progress. You pay nothing at this stage.

You receive a private preview

I send you a secure link to the real, working result. Not a mockup or a wireframe — the actual finished thing. Take your time, share it with whoever you need to, and come back with your thoughts. Still no payment required.

Revisions until it's exactly right

Want changes? I make them — as many times as it takes. The whole point of the preview is to get it exactly right before you commit. If after revisions you decide it's not for you, that's fine. You walk away with no invoice. You only pay once you're genuinely happy.

You approve — I handle the launch

Once you're happy and payment is made, I handle everything: DNS, hosting, integrations, deployment — so nothing breaks when you go live. After launch you have 30 days of included changes, and any bugs found later are fixed at no cost. Forever. You're live, and covered.

What if I don't like the preview?
You owe nothing. No invoice, no awkward conversation. I keep the project private and you're free to walk away with no further obligation. The whole model is designed so I only get paid when I've genuinely delivered something you love.
How long does the whole process take?
Website builds typically run 2–3 weeks from first call to launch. First AI workflow projects are usually 2–5 weeks depending on complexity. Bespoke software varies more — a simpler internal tool might be 6–10 weeks, a larger platform takes longer. I'll give you a realistic timeline as part of your quote.
Do I own everything at the end?
Yes — completely. Code, domain, hosting account, automations, software. All registered in your name from the start. No lock-in, no ongoing dependency on me, no contracts. You can take it anywhere, with anyone, at any time.
What's included after launch?
30 days of included changes for anything within the original scope — text updates, layout tweaks, new content. After that, additional changes are quoted at my standard rate. Bug fixes — anything that breaks or doesn't work as intended — are always free, regardless of when they're found.
Will the quote change once work has started?
No. The quote is fixed and confirmed in writing before any work begins. If you ask for something outside what was originally agreed, I'll tell you the additional cost before doing it. No surprises — ever.
